This elbow shell can be used by both women and men, regardless of the intensity of HEMA training. With net weight of 0.5 lb, they are more light and comfortable with wearing.
They are made of black, durable plastic. From the outside, they are specially contoured to the shape of the elbows. They have special elastic bands and Velcro fasteners to attach to selected jackets. They are fastened with Velcro around the elbows.
The material for the Shell elbow caps is approximately 3 mm thick. Velcro straps are adjustable, so they can be perfectly adapted to your needs. One size design to fit most adult people with normal height and weight.
A pair of elbow pads are included in the package.
